Vinod Kumar is a Board Member at Sygnum. He is also the Vice-Chairman of private equity group Everstone and a UST Global board member.

He is the former CEO of Vodafone Business and previously served as CEO and Managing Director of Tata Communications.

In addition, he has served on the Board of the Singapore Economic Development Board and the Human Capital Leadership Institute.

Vinod Kumar holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
