Martina Stettler* is an accomplished legal and risk executive with more than 15 years of leadership experience in global banking and financial services. She most recently served as Managing Director, Lead Global Litigation Switzerland at UBS, following her role as Managing Director and Head of Litigation & Investigations Switzerland at Credit Suisse.

Over the course of her career, she has advised Boards and Executive Committees on complex litigation, regulatory proceedings, crisis management and enterprise-wide risk matters, including playing a central leadership role in the UBS/Credit Suisse merger. Martina brings deep expertise in regulatory engagement, governance and strategic legal risk management, with extensive experience working with FINMA, the U.S. DOJ and SEC, and other international authorities.

She holds an LL.M. from Northwestern University School of Law, is admitted to the Zurich Bar, and studied law at the University of Fribourg and ESADE.
