Loi Luu is a Technology Advisor for Sygnum. He is CEO and Co-Founder of Kyber Network, an on-chain liquidity protocol that powers decentralised applications on public blockchains, including exchanges, funds, lending protocols and payments wallets.
He earned his PhD in Computer Science from National University of Singapore, where he worked to improve the base technical layers, namely decentralisation, scalability and security for the public blockchain infrastructure.
To date, his work has benefited many blockchain projects worldwide, which are collectively worth more than tens of billions of US dollars. Loi was also selected to the Forbes 30 under 30 list for Asia in 2017, and Top 10 Innovators under 35 for Asia Pacific by MIT Technology Reviews in 2018.
