Consent for the use of pictures, videos and recording

Please be aware that photography, recording and filming may take place during an event with Sygnum Bank AG (hereinafter referred to as “Sygnum”). By signing up and attending for a Sygnum event, you agree to:

i) being photographed, recorded and filmed (hereinafter referred to as “Content”)

ii) the right of Sygnum to use the Content for internal and/or external communication, marketing and publicity related purposes and to its use in other Sygnum publications without compensation of any kind

iii) irrevocably assign all property rights in the Content to Sygnum

iv) waive all rights in your performance in the Content to Sygnum

You may ask Sygnum to stop using your appearance in the Content at any time, in which case efforts will be taken to prevent it being used in future publications, but they may continue to appear in already published Content. Related expenses (such as but not limited to video re-editing and re-distribution) may be charged to you. Please also note that content that has already been published may remain permanently stored or publicly accessible.
