Pia Tischhauser

Pia Tischhauser is a Board Member at Sygnum. She is also a Swiss Re Supervisory Board member and Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Senior Partner Emeritus.

In addition, she is a fellow at the Management Institute of the University of St. Gallen and sits on the Board of Trustees of Zurich Zoo and is an Advisory Board member to the Rochester-Bern Board Certification Program.

At BCG, Pia Tischhauser served on the Global Executive Committee and led the global Insurance Practice from 2015 to 2021. Over the years, she chaired multiple committees including the officer promotion committee, remuneration and evaluation committee and was part of the European management team as People Chair. She last was acting as BCG’s Global Chief Alumni Officer overseeing alumni and career services.

Pia Tischhauser holds a Master’s in Finance and Economics from the University of Bern and was a graduate MBA scholar at Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. She has been recognised as one of the Top 30 Global Leaders in Consulting, Top 100 Most Influential Women in Business, and Top 40 below 40 in Switzerland.
